QUESTION; With aid of examples explain at least eight (8) importance of planning before  embarking into the community.
Planning , is the fundamental management function which involves deciding  before  hand. What is to be done when is it be done, how it is to be done and who is going to do it. Planning is nothing but thinking before the action takes place , it helps us to take a peep into the future and decide in advance the way to deal with the situation which we are going to deal to encounter in future. For example  for as at three years we plan to be a good community workers  in our communities.

Community is the group of people who live in the same are as or group of people with common background or with shared interest within society. Also we can say that community is not a group of mindless people for example they are not people who cannot  or do not think for themselves waiting for supervisor that it’s not true them they real share their customs , tradition and beliefs. The following are the importance of planning before embarking into the community.

Planning helps a person to keep hard working to fulfil goals when you plan before embarking to the community it help hard working that can help a person to fulfil  a certain  goal to a particular community. For example when you plan about why child labour in order to fulfil goal on time it’s better to know the source of child labour, effect of child labour  also how to solve to avoid that child labour so that one can fulfil has their goals.
Planning it help to improve future opportunities, it is better to plan before embarking  into the community this help to improve future opportunities for example there is lock of employment opportunities we can plan to start a business that can help to improve the living standard of people in the community so that to achieve future opportunities and also community to archive their goals.
Planning help to get decision making , the planning process provides the information top. This is because of planning before embarking into the community will led to get good or real information top and management needs to make effective decision about how to allocate the resources in a way that will enable the community to reach it’s objectives for example when you decide to be a community worker .

Planning simplify work , A planning process can simplify work for example when a community worker  be fore embarking  into the community he/she will be already realized what should do when and how may be to solve the problem of road construction in a particular community these will help his/her work to be effectively simplified and to be even community to participant effectively.
It builds confidence ,through planning as community worker you may be able to have confidence .For example  be fore embarking into the community you planned to work with a community on improving water conservation  so planning will help me to be confident  and to be respectful with a particular community and to be al to gather to set goals because a community also be participating   effectively.
Planning help to encourage the development of which should be done this is when as a community worker    before embarking into the community help to encourage the development where managers attempt to envision possible  risk factors and develop contingency plans to deal with the community for example  as a community worker bring changes  on improving  health serves, financial services , roads also settlements of people and community engaging themselves effectively in participation on be planned.
Planning process it help to know by how community will maximized there resources . When you plan before embarking to the community it help to know better way which needed to be used in order to get success in the community . For example when you know what community have you will plan yourself that what project it help community high profit and improve their standard pf living.
The planning process provides the information to management needs to allocate the resources in a way that will enable to reach objectives. This help to know what to start with and which resources need in order to achieve objective. For example when you manage information it help a person allocate community in what needed  to start first and what end.
Planning gives right direction , means to give proper information occurance     instruction and useful guidance to the subordinates. It is impossible without planning because planning tells us what to do if therefore planning helps to give us the right direction when embarking in their community.
All in all planning before  embarking into the community it’s very important for community  worker or any person because without planning you can not be able to success your goals , so planning can to the changes ate particular community or a certain are also country with it’s people.

Mpango wa Biashara humsaidia mjasiriamali ku-shape wazo lake la biashara na kulifanya kuwa fursa  (Opportunity). FAIDA ZA KUWA NA MPANGO WA BIASHARA Hutoa taarifa za msingi juu ya biashara; zinazomuwezesha mjasiriamali kutafuta vyanzo vya fedha kwa ajili ya kuendeshea biashara.
